Dennis Carey
Development Manager

Dennis Carey has over 10 years of experience in acquiring, financing, entitling, developing, managing, and disposing of commercial and multifamily real estate throughout the western United States. Prior to joining TAC in 2020, Dennis worked at Steelwave, formerly Legacy Partners Commercial, and has been involved in over $2.4 billion in real estate transactions encompassing over 5.4 million square feet of commercial space and more than 4,000 multifamily units.   

Dennis graduated from the University of California, Davis and received his MBA from Boston University. He lives in Lafayette, California with his wife, two sons, and goldendoodle. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, mountaineering, and snowboarding.
